Great Divide Brewing will be releasing their newest limited release, Lemongrass Colette, on Saturday Dec. 16 at both taprooms. The addition of spelt adds a layer of spicy complexity to the malt component which provides a nice backdrop for the lemongrass to make a showing. The lemongrass is highly fragrant, but blends well into the beer to provide a refreshing variation on a Great Divide classic. Berthoud, Colo. — Ahoy: Buccaneer has crashed ashore in landlocked Berthoud, Colorado. Buccaneer is the next release in City Star Brewing’s Zoller Barrel Aged Series and will be available at the City Star taproom in Berthoud on Saturday, Dec. 9 at noon.   The 2017 vintage of Buccaneer is an American Strong Ale brewed with wildflower honey and aged 20 months in rum oak barrels.
